They are perfect for the garage, the shed or anywhere you need sturdy storage but fold away to nothing when not needed. You can even make shelves out of them. The perfect way to freeze mince!
Fill a zip loc bag with raw mince, press it flat and seal. Press a chopstick over the bag like naughts and crosses then freeze flat. The next time you need a little mince, simply break off enough for your recipe. Another great tip from Real Simple (my favourite magazine!)
